"Chef May provided the food for a milestone birthday lunch for 30 people and I have to say it was a highlight of the afternoon! The brief was a mainly plant based meal with simple proteins and she created a fabulous menu of hearty vegetable salads and baked fish which was greatly appreciated - I’ve never had so many compliments on the food I’ve provided. She was very collaborative in the planning process and the day went without a hitch, including a superb clean up at the end, so that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. "May took on the challenge of going to a remote island and looking after the culinary needs of 10 of us for several weeks. She did a remarkably good job, especially given a limited range of produce and condiments. The food was always presented well , always tasty and served with a smile. Her Caribbean roots occasionally adding a interesting spices. I would happily have her back again. Indeed we are already discussing it."
