What is the difference between a chef working in a commercial kitchen and a chef working in a private residence? When working in a commercial kitchen, often you can spend hours creating incredible dishes yet never have any interaction with the people that have enjoyed your dishes. When working in a private residence you are able to you work in a much more intimate environment and craft a dining experience that is unique and satisfy for both the chef and the client. It is a great pleasure for any chef to see their creation enjoyed !
